A serious trattoria where the cheese, prosciutto and salami are house-made and much of the produce is home-grown. One reviewer was astonished to learn even the mulberries garnishing the aperitivo were their own; another calls it "the best cheese restaurant in the world." Each plate is finished with a small flower — a course built for anniversaries, beautiful to look at. Service earns high marks too, like graciously handling changes to a booking made a month out.
